 8 minutes
1 September 1994 – 20 February 2020: Every 202 minutes a full four-point calibration is carried out using standards produced and certified by NOAA CMDL. The response function is calculated as a quadratic function. Every 32 minutes a target gas is measured. Between two 4-point calibrations, the response function is shifted following the drift of the target gas signal.
From 21 February 2020: With the introduction of a high stability new analyzer the frequency of the 4-point calibration is reduced to one per month, and no target measurement is performed. The negligible drift of the response function is followed by linear interpolation between the calibrations.
The basic measurement period is two minutes, consisting of one-minute flushing and one-minute signal integration. Each one-minute average is based on 6-7 measurements. The multiport selector valve steps through the four monitoring elevation levels in eight minutes. Typically 7 data are recorded at each measurement elevation every hour.
[Hourly] Hourly data are taken from the arithmetic mean of observed data for one hour after the technically bad data are rejected.
[Daily] Daily data are calculated as the arithmetic mean of hourly data measured between 12 h and 16 h local standard time (early afternoon values having expanded spatial representativeness).
[Monthly] Monthly data are calculated as the arithmetic mean of the daily (early afternoon) data if at least 10 daily data are available.

 Operational/Reporting
HMS was the operator of the station and performed the measurements between 1994 and 31 Aug 2020.
Since 1 Sept 2020 ATOMKI is the operator of the station and it performs the reported measurements. Since 1 September ATOMKI handles the whole historic data series.
The meteorological data observed by HMS from 1994 to 2018 are available in Yearly fixed datasets until 2021.
