[Hourly] The data acquisition system provides one value every minute raw data. Calibration factors and data protocols are used to convert raw data into calibrated data. Invalid data caused by local impact or malfunction are detected by comparison with a second CO2 instrument (GC), other trace substances and with information from the station logbook and then are rejected. 30 min mean values are generated by calculating the arithmetic mean of the remaining data with more than 2/3 of all data. For reporting to WDCGG hourly mean values are calculated from these half hourly data. [Daily] The daily means are calculated from hourly means. [Monthly] The monthly means are calculated from daily means. |

Flags put on hourly data are as follows. ...- 2005: 1 = valid value, 6 = calibration, 9 = error code 2006 -...: 0 = valid value, 3 = invalid data, 6 = calibration |

Meteorological data may remain as first provided, even when greenhouse gas data are updated. The height of the meteorological sensors has changed in 2006 from 10m above station level (1205m) to 35m above station level. This is visible in the increase of the windspeed data. |
