 Daily data are calculated under the condition with standard deviation of hourly mean data. Monthly data are calculated from daily data.
 [Hourly] Reject irregular and erroneous data.
Hours in the original data files were represented as 01-24.
It is not clear whether they indicate the start of the hour or the end of the hour.
WDCGG assumed them to be the end of the hour and changed them into 00-23 by shifting them by one hour in August 2018.
 [Daily] (1) Take the arithmetic mean of observed hourly data for one day, and
(2) Adopt daily mean value with the standard deviation less than 10% of the mean value.
 [Monthly] (1) Take the arithmetic mean of selected daily data.
(2) Reject the daily data having the maximum difference which is greater than 10% of monthly mean, and
(3) Back to (1) until no daily data is rejected.
