Air samples are taken every Friday with one pair of glass flasks using a chemical water vapor trap and pressurizing at 280-300 kPa. CO2, CH4, N2O, CFC-11, and CFC-12 are determined at the ENEA Laboratory in Lampedusa. Instrument type: gas chromatograph HP 5890 series 2, ECD detector. Starting from October 2002, a HP 6890 GC is used. |
