 energy and efficiency calibration is done with certified geometry reference standard
 The data acquisition system gives 12 hourly (until 11/2017) / daily mean data. Invalid data caused by malfunction or other effects were recognized by monitoring air volume, detector energy and efficiency calibration and detector background. Invalid data are rejected.
There are no standard deviation data available but uncertainties sent as SD so far.
The standard deviation SD has been assumed by calculating as Be7 value times relative uncertainty eg. SD= 5700mBq/m3 * 17% unc. = 969 mBq/m3
Whenever a Be7 values is below the detection limit the value has been set to 0 and the uncertainty (SD) has been set to 0, too.
There are no exact Be7 data avaiable even below detection limit (the instrument itself gives out just 0).

7Be is produced in the upper atmosphere by cosmic ray spallation of oxygen and nitrogen.
For that 7Be is a good tracer if air masses are influenced by atmospheric boundary layer or not. The lifetime of 7Be is 53.22 days.
