| The CO2 concentration of sample air is determined against working standard air using a NDIR. The CO2 concentration of the working standard air are determined against other two standard air using a mass spectrometer. The CO2 concentration of the "other two standard air" are determined against secondary standard air on TU-10 scale using a NDIR. The measurement method is detailed in Ishidoya et al.
