The isotopic composition of carbon and oxygen of CO2 was measured on a triple ion collector mass spectrometer.
Air sample were taken from the air intake mounted on the escape hatch, and introduced into a 3l stainless flask with metal stopcocks at both ends by the metal bellows pump (MB 158).
To study the large-scale mixing of the tropospheric air through the observation of the concentration and carbon isotope of the atmospheric CO2 and concentration of atmospheric CH4.
